I am Muhammad Silmy Firdaus, an Applied Engineering graduate in Internet Engineering Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada. My academic foundation in computer networks, server technology, cybersecurity operations, network automation, and cloud computing led me to pursue hands-on work in IT infrastructure and system operations.

I approach my work with curiosity, discipline, and attention to detail. I value structured troubleshooting, clear documentation, and practical solutions that make systems easier to operate and maintain. For me, good technical work also means being reliable, adaptable, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I am seeking an opportunity in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, IT Operations, or cybersecurity-related roles. I want to contribute to a collaborative team, learn from experienced professionals, and continue building practical skills that create measurable value through reliable and secure technology.

Through internships at BPKP Pusat and PT. Jetorbit Teknologi Indonesia, I gained hands-on experience with Linux-based infrastructure, Docker, NGINX, Portainer, monitoring, and cybersecurity operations. These experiences strengthened my ability to support containerized applications, investigate technical issues, and contribute to more reliable and secure services.
